I have a Nitro Sport from Traxxas and people told me to use nitro in my car for good performance but India is a hot country so wouldn't the piston get burnt or get fully black?

You HAVE to use nitro fuel, that's the only way the car is going to run. The heat in India shouldn't bother it too much, and you can always make adjustments to the carburetor if it's running too lean.
