Exceed RC Dune Buggy and Raiden Tech

I purchased the Exceed RC Dune Buggy for a Christmas present and after only the first run, the motor has seized up and the car will no longer operate. The Technical Support admitted that it sounded like a piece was missing, but because we purchased it more than 30 days ago, no matter that it was a Christmas present, they will not do anything about it. I urge you NOT to purchase this vehicle and especially do not purchase from Raiden Tech.

i have 2 buggys and they are very front heavy and nose dive bad is there any way to add weight to the rear to make it level out. tim hall
